Qualifications for membership

Any Dayak wishing to become a member of DCCI will have to meet the following criteria:-

1. The person will have to have a registered firm or business or company, or
2. Practices and operates a licensed profession registered in Malaysia.

Currently, there are over 220 members of DCCI from all parts of Sarawak.

  • DCCI provides an ideal platform for the Dayak professional and businessman to interact with others for business contacts and network building especially among DCCI members who come from diverse disciplines and are also members of other Chambers with the same objectives.

  • Upon request, members can receive essential publications such as newsletters, bulletins, etc. from DCCI, Sarawak Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) and Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI).
• TRADE LIAISON
  • DCCI liaises with the relevant authorities on matters relating to trade, industries and commerce, by providing letters of introduction, support and recommendations.
• LINK WITH OTHER CHAMBERS AND ASSOCIATIONS
  • DCCI works closely with other Chambers and Associations viz. SCCI, DUBS
• ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP
  • DCCI is an Association member of SCCI which is in turn an affiliated member of MICCI.
